Who we are

pixelifact.com is run by Pixelifact (Pixelifact Game Studio), an independent game studio based in Ankara, Türkiye. For anything about this page or your data, write to info@pixelifact.com.

When you visit the site

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
• Fonts. The home page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page opens.
• No forms or accounts. The website has no contact forms, user accounts or comments.

Analytics, only with your consent

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics (Google tag GT-5TN9VLGM). It shows us which pages and games people visit, roughly where visitors come from and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address. Google acts as our processor and may transfer data to the United States. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with the buttons above or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the home page.

Trailers and links

• YouTube trailers. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and Google’s privacy policy applies.
• Steam and YouTube links. Buttons such as “Wishlist” and “Play free demo” take you to Steam. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy of Valve (Steam) or Google (YouTube) applies.

Email

When you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep the conversation only as long as we need it for that.

Cookies and browser storage

Site administrators who log in to WordPress also get WordPress login cookies. Regular visitors do not.

Legal basis

• GDPR: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics; our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for server logs, fonts and replying to email.
• KVKK (Law No. 6698): your explicit consent (Art. 5/1) for analytics; legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) for the rest.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. People in Türkiye have the same rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, including the right to learn whether your data is processed and to whom it is transferred. Write to info@pixelifact.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Türkiye that is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
